
ETSU plans half-day symposium on innovation and education for the bioeconomy
East Tennessee State University’s Research Corporation has announced a half-day symposium on innovation and education for the bioeconomy.
Titled “Growing the Future,” the event will be held October 27, bringing together local, state, and national leaders in education, government, and industry. The focus is on community stakeholders who will shape and lead a world-class bioeconomy in the Appalachian Highlands.
There are two sessions:
- “Innovation and the Bioeconomy”; and
- “Education and Workforce Development in the Bioeconomy.”
There is no cost to attend, but pre-registration is required. More information can be found here.
