EPIcenter, the Memphis-based entrepreneurial support organization, has partnered with Pathway Lending, a regional nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution, to launch the Memphis Small Business Opportunity Loan Fund. The $15 million fund will improve start-ups’ access to capital, particularly for women- and minority-owned businesses.
