Eastman extends agreements with two RTP area universities
Kingsport-based Eastman announced last week that the specialty products company has extended its research agreements with North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina. The first agreement was executed in 2012 and, with the extensions, now run through 2025. The value of the one with North Carolina State is $10 million, while the one with Chapel Hill is $2.5 million.
