“East Tennessee Business Growth Conference” set for April 15

The annual “East Tennessee Business Growth Conference” is set for April 15 at the Hollingsworth Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership in Clinton.

During the event that runs from 8 a.m. to 2:15 p.m., attendees will attended topical workshops and have the opportunity to meet with procurement officers from at least 14 currently listed governmental entities. Those range from many of the contractors in Oak Ridge to KUB, State of Tennessee, City of Knoxville, Knox County, and TVA.

Sponsors include the University of Tennessee’s Center for Industrial Services and its Procurement Technical Assistance Program, Tennessee Small Business Development Center, Roane State Community College, Regions and First Horizon banks, Baker Donelson law firm, and area chambers.
