Danville, VA start-up participating in “IgniteX Climate Tech Accelerator”
Black & Veatch has selected eight promising start-ups to join its “IgniteX Climate Tech Accelerator” program, which provides funding and support to companies on the cutting edge of climate technology.
According to this news release, nearly 100 companies from throughout the U.S. and Canada applied for the 12-week program that will culminate in early May with the proverbial in-person Demo Day. One of those selected is Danville, VA-based Circ, which is on a mission to power the clean closet with patented technology that recycles global fashion waste back into textiles.
