Company founded by former UTHSC faculty member acquired
Memphis-based CirQuest Labs, founded by a former Professor at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, has been acquired by a German company, MLM Medical Labs GmbH.
Lisa K. Jennings launched the company in 2008. CirQuest is a multi-service specialty laboratory and direct marketer of clinical trial logistics to the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Jennings, who has been the company’s Chief Executive Officer, will remain as global Chief Scientific Officer for MLM, spearheading research services for the U.S. and Europe, as well as serving as the Managing Executive Officer for the Memphis location.
