Clodico only TN company selected for “Charlotte Venture Challenge”

ClodicoOak Ridge-based Clodico, previously profiled on teknovation.biz, is the only company from Tennessee and one of just 39 start-ups selected to present at next month’s “Charlotte Venture Challenge.”

The 13th annual event, set for May 1 at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, is heavily populated by companies from the Carolinas. It is targeted at early stage entrepreneurial companies in six categories.

Clodico is a less than one-year old start-up focused on high-performance odor control and biocide products.

“Being selected to present at this event validates both our business model and the innovation of our technology,” said Joy Fisher, Clodico’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “We are excited to have the opportunity to present our concept to potential  investors.”
