
CincyTech reportedly raising $100 million sixth seed stage fund
Cincy Inno reports that CincyTech, one of the most active seed funds in the Midwest, has filed notice with the Securities and Exchange Commission for its sixth fund. According to the filing, the goal is $100 million, more than any of the previous five funds. The largest – Fund IV – was $31 million.
CincyTech invests largely across tech, health care and life science sectors. Thus far, Cincy Inno says the firm has made $100 million in direct investments, and its portfolio companies have received $1.7 billion in co-investment.
