Chattanooga’s Edney Innovation Center building sold to Wisconsin company
The Chattanooga Times Free Press reports that the Edney Innovation Center building has been sold. According to the report, the 10-story symbol of Chattanooga’s nationally-recognized Innovation District was sold by Urban Story Ventures, a group co-owned by Chattanoogans Jimmy White and Hiren Desai, to Hendricks Commercial Properties of Wisconsin. No purchase price was disclosed. The co-owners purchased the former 85,000 square foot TVA building in 2015 for $1.35 million.
