The Chattanooga Times Free Press reports that the “Chattanooga Smart Community Collaborative” has captured a top national recognition. IDC Government Insights selectecd the six-month old collaborative as the top smart city initiative in the field of education. As noted in previous posts on teknovation.biz, the initiative is a partnership between the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Erlanger Health System, EPB, CO.LAB, the Enterprise Center and city and county governments.
