CBRE report ranks top 30 tech markets in North America
A new report from CBRE, the commercial real estate firm, tracks the top 30 technology markets in North America, and the latest data ranked Nashville 17th in software and software services job growth and 10th in the increase in office market rental rates during the prior two years.
On the software growth rate, Charlotte came in at #7, Raleigh-Durham at #10, Indianapolis was #14, Atlanta #16, and St. Louis #20. In terms of growth in office market rental rates, other nearby cities ranked as follows: Charlotte at #3, St. Louis at #9, Raleigh-Durham at #11, Indianapolis at #13, and Atlanta at #18.
