Cardinal Ventures showcasing latest cohort in a virtual event on Thursday

One of the upsides of so many events moving to virtual delivery is the opportunity to “attend” some that you would not normally be able to do. One of those opportunities is coming-up Thursday when Stanford University, internationally known for its start-up prowess,  showcases some of its early stage, student-run companies.

The event, set for 7 to 9 p.m. EST, is sponsored by Cardinal Ventures, described as an equity-free accelerator run by and for students. There are two cohorts of 10 to 12 student ventures each year. Since 2015, the program has accelerated more than 115 companies that have raised $350 million.
