Burlington, VT secures Kauffman grant for new entrepreneurial initiative
Using a grant from the Kauffman Foundation, Burlington, VT Mayor Miro Weinberger has launched “The Mayor’s Prize for Entrepreneurship,” an initiative designed to increase support for the city’s entrepreneurs. A total of more than $300,000 will be awarded over a two-year period to not-for-profit entrepreneur support organizations or research organizations with a proven track record of success that propose innovative new or expanded programs to support entrepreneurs in Burlington.
