New Brookings study underscores venture funding challenge for women
In 2017, just 16 percent of venture capital funding in the U.S. went to start-ups with at least one female founder, and only 2.5 percent went to companies with all female founders. That’s the conclusion of a study completed by a Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution for the Center for American Entrepreneurship.
