Brentwood’s Cryoport announces two acquisitions within days of each other
Cryoport Inc., the Brentwood, TN-based company described as a global leader in temperature-controlled supply chain solutions for the life sciences industry, recently announced two major transactions. They include the acquisition of: (1) CRYOPDP, a leading global provider of innovative temperature-controlled logistics solutions to the clinical research, pharmaceutical and cell and gene therapy markets, headquartered in Paris, France; and (2) the Georgia-based MVE Biological Solutions, a global leader in manufactured vacuum insulated products and cryogenic freezer systems for the life sciences industry.
