Branch Technology alliance wins top NASA prize with support from Techmer PM
An alliance between Chattanooga-based Branch Technology and Foster + Partners that was supported by Techmer PM in Clinton won almost 86 percent of the funds available during a recent National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) competition.
Seven teams with technologies that could someday be used to create habitats from materials on other worlds completed the first printing segment of NASA’s inaugural “3D-Printed Habitat Challenge.” The Foster + Partners and Branch Technology team won $85,930 of the $100,000 in prize money available.
