Brad Smith named Director of federal Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation
Mr. Smith is going to Washington.
Brad Smith, former interim head of Launch Tennessee and later a Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Aspire Health, has been named Director of the federal Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) as well as Senior Advisor to Secretary Alex Azar for Value-Based Transformation. Prior to this appointment which was announced Monday, Smith served as the Chief Operating Officer of Anthem’s Diversified Business Group.
