Marty serves as President and CEO of PYA. He left a “Big 8” firm to join PYA in 1991 and has since helped PYA evolve to gain national recognition, including being named by Accounting Today as “one of the most successful firms in the country” and rankings by Modern Healthcare as a Top 20 healthcare consulting firm for 17 years.
Marty’s leadership experience spans almost four decades and many industries and organizations, from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. His entrepreneurial thinking manifests in PYA initiatives, including the annual PYA Ballard Innovation Award–the largest of its kind in East Tennessee.
