Auburn University has acquired a new research facility in Huntsville’s Cummings Research Park, purchasing two buildings with more than 40,000 square feet of space from LogiCore Corporation. According to this article from AL.com, plans for the facility include configurable laboratories for on-site research and development, meeting spaces for in-person and virtual meetings, and more. “We hope this facility will quickly become the primary connection for the Huntsville community to Auburn University and will be the go-to destination for government and industry entities around Redstone looking to meet in an unbiased, trusted location for technical interfacing,” said Auburn University President Jay Gogue.
