A new columnist for WRAL TechWire shares her thoughts on growth.
Jes Averhart, Chief Executive Officer of Jes & Co and host of the “Reinvention Road Trip” podcast, has been added to the stable of regular contributors to WRAL TechWire, and her first column offers some sage advice for those who might have been somewhat frozen by the impact of events, ranging from COVID-19 to the uncertain economic conditions.
“I want to remind you that you have a choice to grow and evolve,” Averhart writes in the inaugural offering. “You can forge ahead and design a year that feeds your soul, challenges your intellect and taps the shoulder of your curiosity…OR you can simply repeat.” She then shares a few ways to actually do so.
