ARC holding POWER grant workshop in Johnson City next month
The Appalachian Regional Commission has announced that it will hold one of four regional workshops on its latest round of POWER grant applications February 13 in Johnson City. The program, officially known as the “Partnership for Opportunity and Workforce and Economic Revitalization,” is designed to help coal-impacted communities strengthen and diversify their economies.
