AgLaunch 365 accepting applications for year-round program

AgLaunchAgLaunch has opened applications for AgLaunch365, its latest initiative that combines an accelerator program with a network of innovative farmers.

“AgLaunch365 reflects the continued refining of our model to revolutionize the way agricultural innovation is brought to market,” Pete Nelson, AgLaunch President, says. His Memphis-based organization – Ag Innovation Development Group – was a key partner in the just completed “AgWorks” accelerator coordinated by the Knoxville Entrepreneur Center.

The new program is described as a flexible wrap-around model that revolves around the agricultural production cycle. It includes three phases:

  • Phase I:  Business model development  – “customer discovery.”
  • Phase II:  Refine product – “getting field ready.”
  • Phase III:  Access to network of innovative farmers – “field trials”
