3686 Startup & Tech Job Fair

September 16 @ 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Now in its landmark 13th year, 3686 is Tennessee’s largest gathering of entrepreneurs, founders, investors, service providers, and ecosystem supporters–and a cornerstone of the Southeast’s innovation ecosystem. We always say it’s the best way to get to know Tennessee startups. Hosted by Launch Tennessee, the state’s nonprofit hub for startups and innovation, 3686 is set to take over Nashville’s Germantown neighborhood Sept. 14 – 16, bringing together the bold thinkers, builders, and changemakers shaping the future of the Volunteer State.

New to the schedule this year is the 3686 Tech and Startup Job Fair, a hiring event for people building what’s next. Taking place Wednesday, Sept. 16 from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Brooklyn Bowl Nashville, it’s designed to connect Tennessee’s top talent with innovative startups, fast-growing companies, and industry-leading employers from across the state.

This isn’t your typical career fair. Expect a relaxed social environment built for real conversations and meaningful connections. Think high top tables instead of trade show booths, brunch bites and drinks instead of stale convention center coffee, and easy, approachable conversations with innovators and bold thinkers looking for jobs with companies that matter.

The Job Fair is open to both 3686 badge holders as well as non-badge holders. Admission is free with event registration, launching later this summer.

Participating companies are expected to be present for the full three-hour event and prepared to engage with attendees about their mission, culture, current openings, future opportunities, and ways to get involved.

Participation fees are based on company size:

  • Startups: $150
  • Companies under 1,000 employees: $2,500
  • Companies over 1,000 employees: $5,000

Interested in participating? Complete the initial interest form below, and our team will be in touch regarding participation and event logistics. Additional details, including company logo submissions and on-site representation information, will be collected later this summer.
