Stories of Technology, Innovation, & Entrepreneurship in the Southeast

Three panels, four breakout sessions, and the annual Venture Forum highlight next week’s LSTCON in Nashville.

Scheduled for November 18 at the Westin Hotel, it is the annual conference of Life Science Tennessee. The panels include:

1. “New Frontiers: Exploring How Gene Therapies Will Alter Patient Care & Delivery;”
2. “Tennessee Innovation Parks Driving Life Science R&D;” and
3. “Life Science Policy Outlook.”

The four breakout sessions – two in the morning and two in the afternoon – will focus on:

1. “From Lab Bench to Term Sheet: De-Risking Academic Discoveries for Venture & Industry Investment;”
2. “Tennessee’s Radiopharmaceutical Edge: Powering the Next Frontier in Medicine;”
3. “Cutting Edge: Next Generation Surgical Innovations;” and
4. “Middle Tennessee Life Sciences Market Report.”

The annual business meeting and the Holland & Knight-sponsored Venture Forum wrap-up the programming ahead of a reception hosted by the Tennessee Medical Association.
