Cincinnati’s “Black Tech Week” begins Monday

We posted this article in early June about “Black Tech Week” that was being moved to Cincinnati for a mid-July relaunch. Organized by Lightship Foundation which acquired the event earlier this year, organizers expect as many as 2,000 people to attend sessions during the mostly four-day run that begins Monday night (July 18).

We noticed that both Cincinnati-based Kroger and Delta Air Lines are offering discounts. The former is 25 percent off the registration fee, while the latter involves discounted airfare. Cincinnati is less than a four-hour drive up I-75 from Knoxville.

The schedule of 65 session over three days – Tuesday through Thursday – can be found here.
