Next Innov865 Alliance “Investor Series” focused on business transitioning
The Innov865 Alliance‘s “Investor Series,” sponsored by Three Roots Capital, returns May 12 for a late afternoon or early evening event May 12.
The topic is about transitioning a business, whether a family business generational transition or simply a private sale. This session will focus on “when to start,” the “type of expertise” individuals should engage, and “how” to prepare a business to effectively execute an ownership transition. Chris Miller, Chief Financial Officer at Three Roots, will moderate a panel featuring:
- Randy Smith, Partner at Tradewinds Advisory;
- Jason Chung, also a Partner at Tradewinds Advisory; and
- Grady Vanderhoofven, President and Chief Executive Officer of Three Roots.
