PS27 Ventures focused on early stage investments across the Southeast

PS27 Ventures, a Jacksonville-based firm founded in 2013, has launched the $20 million “Rhea Fund.”

According to this article, the focus is on early stage companies, funding Series A rounds with a specific focus on the Software-as-a-Service, health and financial tech, sustainability, and eCommerce industries. Check sizes will be in the $500,000 to $1 million range, and the focus is on the Southeast with the hope that one-half of the fund’s investments will be made in start-ups founded by women and people of color.
