Raleigh-based company investing a billion dollars in a new innovation district
Now, here’s a unicorn size plan for an innovation district.
In an announcement last week, Kane Realty said the next level of development for Raleigh, NC’s North Hills area will be a 33-acre Innovation District with a value of one billion dollars. The North Hills Innovation District will target “local businesses led by entrepreneurs who have a passion for growing their ventures in the Raleigh community,” the company said.
