Advanced Materials Cluster Meeting set for May 27
Those interested in the uses of carbon fiber in automotive manufacturing may want to attend a May 27 “brown bag” lunch that Roane State Community College and the East Tennessee Economic Council (ETEC) are hosting.
The two-hour event is part of Roane State’s Advanced Composites Employment Accelerator Program (ACE). Gary Lownsdale, a long-time automotive industry executive and consultant, will lead the discussion that begins at 11 a.m. in the Homer Fisher Room of the University of Tennessee Outreach Center, 1201 Oak Ridge Turnpike, Oak Ridge.
