#615TechDrive raises more than $10,000 for 15 local organizations
The inaugural “Nashville Tech Gives Back (#615TechDrive)” raised more than $10,000 and donated approximately 500 items directly to local community organizations.
The event, powered by AllianceBernstein through its Bernstein Private Wealth Management group and organized by two entities – Build In SE and the Nashville Entrepreneurship Week, involved more than 40 tech leaders and executives across Nashville. A total of 15 local nonprofits benefitted.
Looking ahead, the group announced a larger goal to raise $21,000 in 2021 for Nashville residents and businesses in need. Through a series of charity drives and VIP receptions throughout the year, Bernstein and “Nashville Tech Gives Back” are working to empower and engage technology entrepreneurs and business owners within the local community and connect them to charities and nonprofits.
