500 Startups shifting away from cohort model

The 500 Startups organization is scrapping the cohort model it has used for the past decade. In a recent blog post, Aaron Blumenthal said 500 Startups is shifting to an approach that we’ve seen others use – “an entirely new platform that’s flexible and tailored to our founders’ timing and needs – not our own. Our goal is to move away from the one-size-fits-all approach of the past and towards delivering relevant content, based on each founders’ growth stage and needs, precisely when they’re ready for it.” Click here to read Blumenthal’s blog post.
