Webinar to celebrate 40th anniversary of Bayh-Dole Act
For those in technology transfer, the “University and Small Business Patent Procedures Act” is a big deal. Better known as the “Bayh-Dole Act,” it will celebrate it 40th anniversary later this year, and there’s a special recognition planned for later this month.
A group named Bayh-Dole 40 is partnering with IP Watchdog to host a video webinar celebrating the Act’s benefits to America’s innovation system and economy. The event is set for 1 to 2:30 p.m. October 28. To register, click here.
