New addition to “Innov865 Week” spotlights energy start-ups
Here’s a late addition to the “Innov865 Week” calendar of events.
TVA is partnering with the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) and innovative start-up companies to find creative solutions TVA needs to adapt to the changing energy marketplace. From 2 to 3:30 p.m. Thursday, three start-up companies will join Jeff Lyash, TVA’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Knoxville Chamber CEO Mike Odom, and EPRI CEO Mike Howard to highlight how innovation is coming to life through the Incubatenergy® Network.
The participating start-ups are LineVision, ev.energy, and SHARC energy, and Incubatenergy Labs is designed to bring start-ups and utilities together to collaboratively address shared challenges in energy system and high-tech R&D, through paid, accelerated demonstration projects.
