100Knoxville is a program dedicated to helping Black-owned businesses in Knoxville grow by $10,000,000 in 5 years through the investment of time and talent, and access to social, political, and financial capital.

The Knoxville Entrepreneur Center is proud to announce the seventh cohort of 100Knoxville founders.

Five founders have been matched with an all-star team of mentors for a 5-week sprint that kicked off in January of 2023 to clarify strategy, make connections across the entrepreneurial community, improve operations, and, most importantly, increase sales.

The five founders in cohort seven are:

  1. Hannah Humphrey started Net’s Nest Shelter with hopes of housing women and children who have been affected by domestic violence.
  2. Michael Ryan McGrew started RightWay Insurance to provide clients with more options to better meet their needs after beginning his insurance career as a captive agent for one of the largest carriers in the country.
  3. Khasia Abdu owns Dónde, a sustainable fashion company providing pieces that are effortless, last season over season, and make the customer feel confident.
  4. Tavis Bailey and his wife bought Printing Image after years of working sales in signage and branding accounts.
  5. Jackie Holloway started Canvas Can Do Miracles as a nonprofit offering free art classes to children and adult artists, as well as individuals with substance abuse issues in underserved communities.

Each founder will also receive $5,000 towards growing their business thanks to partnering sponsor Bank of America.
