VC investments in female-led companies same percentage as in 2017
This article from Fortune clearly underscores the gap that still exists in securing funding for female-led start-ups. The magazine reported that just 2.2 percent of the $130 billion total in venture capital money invested in 2018 was exactly the same percentage as in 2017.
