USDA approves new RBIC based in Little Rock
The U.S. Department of Agriculture has approved a fifth “Rural Business Investment Company” (RBIC) that will be operated by McLarty Capital Partners of Little Rock, AR. The newest entity follows approval last year of two RBICs with Tennessee connections – one operated by Innova Memphis and the other by a partnership of Meritus Kirchner.
