“Spring National SBIR/STTR Conference” set for mid-June
The “Spring National SBIR/STTR Conference” is scheduled for June 15, 16 and 17 at the Gaylord Hotel and Convention Center at National Harbor in Washington, DC.
The multi-agency conference is billed as “the year’s largest gathering of SBIR/STTR agencies, industry leaders, SBIR/STTR awardees, and entrepreneurs.” At the same time, there is an emphasis on opening the SBIR/STTR pipeline to newcomers. Highlights of the event include:
- One-on-one meetings with more than 25 SBIR agencies;
- Sessions featuring agency leadership, SBIR/STTR awardees, and industry partners;
- Pre-conference workshops on small business basics for SBIR/STTR applicants and awardees, including Phase I, Phase II, accounting, and SBIR 101; and
- An exhibit hall featuring the SBIR/STTR Agency Pavilion, Fortune 500 Companies, and SBIR/STTR-funded companies.
