Roane State showcasing advanced manufacturing programs at July 30 open house

Roane State Community College is planning an all-day open house for the public at its new Clinton Higher Education and Workforce Training Facility on July 30.

The event, which starts at 8 a.m. and runs until 6 p.m., is intended to make business leaders more aware of Roane State’s advanced manufacturing programs that run from one-week programs to one-year certificate courses. The location is the former National Guard Armory at 214 Nave Street in Clinton.

In the announcement, Roane State noted that its “advanced manufacturing programs can train you in everything from OSHA certification to robotics.” There’s more information available at http://www.roanestate.edu/?8704-July-30-open-house-in-Clinton-will-showcase-advanced-manufacturing-programs.
