New resources available to support NC PACES Act
Speaking of North Carolina, its new law implementing crowdfunding in the state went into effect a little more than a year ago. Now, a Wilmington, NC-based organization has designed a portal, called FundingStack, to provide a gateway for start-ups and small businesses in the state to pursue public crowdfunding in compliance with what is called the NC PACES Act. Concurrently, a second initiative named InvestinNC.com has been launched as a public resource package for interested investors and potential issuers. Read more about both here.
