RAMP accepting applications to speak at October conference
(EDITOR’S NOTE: The following was provided by the Regional Advanced Manufacturing Partnership {RAMP}, a consortium of regional manufacturers in a 20-county region of East Tennessee.)
RAMP is seeking manufacturing professionals, researchers, workforce partners, and technology providers to speak at the “2014 RAMP Trade Conference & Expo” in Knoxville on October 7.
The RAMP Conference and Expo will focus on manufacturing in East Tennessee which includes industry clusters in fields such as: Composites, Boats, Automotive, Additive, Advanced, Medical, and Nuclear. Manufacturing thought leaders and industry insiders are encouraged to present topics within the following tracks:
- Innovative Manufacturing
- Factory Energy Efficiency
- Manufacturing Workforce Programs
- Innovative Support Services
Previous speaking experience is preferred and we are interested in selecting speakers to provide the audience with information and experiences that can improve the competitiveness of our regional manufacturing members.
