ORNL “Lab Day” registration opens today for June 9 event
There’s a special celebration coming next month. It’s titled “75 Years of Science: Lab Day at ORNL,” and registration for the June 9 event opens today. It is designed to give the public an opportunity to visit world-leading scientific facilities such as the Spallation Neutron Source and the Titan supercomputer, see one of the world’s first nuclear reactors, and interact with research staff. Advance registration for U.S citizens and non-U.S. citizens, ages six and up, closes May 11 or sooner if the capacity is reached. You can register here.
