MomSource partners with Mercer on survey of workplace re-entry

MomSource NetworkThe MomSource Network has partnered with Mercer, the largest human resources consulting firm in the world, on a new survey to track how organizations are facilitating workplace re-entry.

“This partnership is a huge opportunity for us to elevate our visibility and our experience related to women and returning to work,” Courtney Jones, Founder and President of the Knoxville start-up, says. “We’re looking for hiring managers, large corporate executives, and HR executives to complete the survey. We’ll gather the insights and have some great data that we can share.”

The partnership is with Mercer’s When Women Thrive, Businesses Thrive practice. Founded in 2014, it is Mercer’s global research and solution platform designed to help organizations drive growth through the active and productive participation of their female workforce.

The survey, which Jones says should take about 10 minutes to complete, can be accessed at this link.

As noted in this early 2014 article from teknovation.biz, Jones founded the company based on her experience reentering the market place after taking time away to give birth to her children. The start-up was original known by a different name before rebranding several years ago.
