Missouri Governor considering bond issue to fund $100 million innovation effort
The Governor of Missouri is proposing to create something with the working title of the “Missouri Innovation Fund.” It would be launched with money generated by a bond issuance of at least $100 million. Then, private fund managers would actually handle the day-to-day operations. Read more here.
