The State of Louisiana’s “Economic Gardening Initiative” is having an impact on small businesses in the state. During its first three years, companies that participated in the program, which offers market research tailored to the needs of firms with high growth potential, added the equivalent of 558 full-time jobs and increased revenue by $170 million.
