Local efforts to build cyber consortium could benefit from DHS SBIR program
With the recent effort to launch at regional cyber security consortium that could help spur new start-ups here, this news should be music to the ears of some entrepreneurs. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security just announced the awarding of $100,000 grants to each of 13 small businesses under its Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program.
