Lightspeed Ventures expecting commitment to diversity by its portfolio companies
In an effort to address several of the criticisms that venture funds have faced, Lightspeed Venture Partners is asking the Chief Executive Officers of its portfolio companies to sign a letter affirming their commitment to consider women and other underrepresented groups for senior jobs and new spots on their board of directors.
