Karaoke paradigm to be shattered during October 22 webcast
Knoxville-based DigiTrax Entertainment is joining forces with hiVolume Media Company in Nashville on a joint initiative that is billed as something that will “drastically alter the current karaoke paradigm.”
In an email, Joe Vangieri, Chief Executive Officer of DigiTrax, said the initiative would “completely change the way patrons experience karaoke, while also creating new revenue opportunities and unique engagement for venue owners, karaoke jockeys, recording artists and drink brands.”
Vangieri was the Founder of SoKnox Studios, a company previously profiled on teknovation.biz, and Cathy, his wife, is the leader of the team behind local start-up “Sing and Spell.”
Details about the concept and plans will be unveiled during something called the “Karaoke Summit 2015” that will be webcast at 1 p.m. EDT on October 22 from the SoKnox Studios.
