“Fall Vol Court” finals tonight

Vol Court-teknoIt’s showtime!

That’s right. The finals of the “Fall Vol Court” business competition begin at 5:15 p.m. tonight in Room 102 of the Haslam Business Building on the campus of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (UT).

Participants in this semester-long series of weekly sessions will be pitching their business ideas to a panel of judges. The winner will receive $1,000 in cash, one year of space in the business incubator of the UT Research Foundation (UTRF), legal services from Morehous Legal Group, and business consulting from Pershing Yoakley & Associates (PYA).

The twice-a-year event is organized by UT Knoxville’s Anderson Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and sponsored by the UT Federal Credit Union, UTRF, Morehous and PYA.
