New Director named for Additive Manufacturing Competency Center
We posted an article in mid-May announcing the formation of a 50-50 joint venture between the University of Louisville and Underwriters Laboratory to create something called the UL Additive Manufacturing Competency Center. Last week, the partners announced the hiring of the Lab’s Director. He comes from The RapidTech Center at the Henry Samueli School of Engineering at the University of California, Irvine.
