The Mayors of two Tennessee cities – Chattanooga and Nashville – have signed-on to be pilot communities in a national initiative called “Start-up in a Day.” The concept calls for the participating cities to have online tools developed that allow an entrepreneur to be able to apply for all licenses and permits within 24 hours.
